My stay at Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour had its highs and lows. On one hand, the luxury atrium room was spacious and beautifully appointed, making my stay comfortable. However, I experienced some frustrating issues with the check-in process and room upgrades that detracted from the experience. Overall, the prime location near the waterfront and various attractions was a major plus! 🌊✨
